We also have a personal relationship with our coffee importer that allows us to buy smaller crops, giving you quality coffees that are too small for a large roaster to bother with. Being small has its advantages! We also specialize in medium roasted coffee and believe that medium roasting brings out the characteristics, inherent aromas and subtleties of each variety. Medium roasting assures your coffee of no harsh or bitter taste. Our flavored coffees are also all medium roasted. For those who prefer a darker roast we have that too!
